Farmhouse cider. Fermented dry and conditioned for months before packaging this blend of modern and heritage apples features an emphasis on Northern Spies and brings a distinct apple aroma, a touch of acidity, and a subtle complexity. Notes of white peach and white wine can be found throughout.

Heritage Cider - A single varietal cider made of GoldRush apples. Fermented to full dryness, this cider brings pleasant acidity balanced with a perceived spicy sweetness and underlying white wine notes.

Rose Petal & Rose Hip Cider - Modern & Heritage apples fermented to full dryness are conditioned with wild harvested rose petals & organic rose hips. Bright acidity & fragrant floral notes add a delicate sweetness & slight spiciness to the finish.

Hopped

Hob – 7% ABV

Hopped Cider - A dry cider base, dry hopped numerous times with Michigan Chasmere hops. The dry hopping process with this hop brings notes of tropical fruit, melon and flowers without the bitterness.

Do you sell cider year round?

Yes! Our hard cider is available on tap and in bottles all year, with seasonal flavors rotating regularly. We also sell fresh cider year around.

Do you offer cider in bulk?

Yes, for bulk orders of cider, we can fill your container as long as it is 5 gallons and up.

Is your cider pasteurized?

We do not pasteurize our cider. Our cider is made safely & carefully to ensure freshness without compromising the natural apple flavor.

Are your cinnamon rolls and cookies baked from scratch?

Absolutely. Every baked good is handcrafted using our own recipes—no frozen dough, ever.

Is seating available?

Yes! We offer both indoor and outdoor seating options so you can enjoy cider and snacks comfortably.
