Our signature blend of modern and heritage apples is fermented dry and then rested on this native Michigan wood. While contributing great texture and mouthfeel, the sugar maple also lends notes of oak tannin, nutmeg, & a hint of cocoa.

Cranberry cider - Michigan cranberries are added to the secondary fermentation of this dry cider. This cider is light pink and has a beautiful subtle but rounded dry cranberry finish.

Organic Ginger is added to a blend of modern and heritage apples. Finished on local raw honey, the ginger and honey lend beautiful aroma to this dry cider base.

Rose Petal & Rose Hip Cider - Modern & Heritage apples fermented to full dryness are conditioned with wild harvested rose petals & organic rose hips. Bright acidity & fragrant floral notes add a delicate sweetness & slight spiciness to the finish.

Mosaic Galaxy – 7% ABV

A one off cider made just for Maple Rapids. Dry hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy hops. This two hop combination with the cider base provides notes of passionfruit, peach, and citrus with floral undertones.
